    "I must commend the efficiency of the staff and processes. Even though the queue is very long till out of the shop, I get my coffee within 5-10 minutes."

    "Staff are incompetent and could not handle a 2/3 full restaurant. Orders made were served late. Some orders not available were not made known until we asked much later. Only come here for coffee."
