The books are very cheap in Poland. You can buy some in the library of the airport before leave the country.

Easy to reach, efficient security and baggage drop. Awful toilet situation, carpets with stains in the waiting area.

Please!! Check your handbag if your flight on Polish airlines.. coz they'll check all your luggages weights 23kg for cargo and 8kg for cabin luggage more than these weights you'll pay more 40 Euro

Dunno what about security, it's nice and smooth. Is there any customs control here? :) Didn't notice any. Wi-Fi is fast, but limited to 30 minutes, requires any cellphone to get verification code.

This airport suxxx!!! Be aware of extortionate exchange rates, queues everywhere and crowds on your way to the city. Prepare to turn oneself inside out in order to get 30 min of free wi-fi

Some border guards are quite rude to people from non-schengen areas. If any of border guards will read this tip: Please, be polite, greet with a smile, then people will like and embrace your country:)

It's freezing over here near gates 1-8, and the announcements are so loud, you want to hide... And if you have a long connection and want to sleep, you're gonna have to do it on steel chairs.

Recommended taxi cabs are OK. Driven by ELE TAXI car from Airport to Downtown fare was PLN50, after negotiations, of course.

There is an alternative and completely empty security checkpoint past the Schengen passport control. Head through the exit to arrivals and follow the signs to connections/transfers downstairs.

Marble jungle with all gates in one long line making it a pain in the neck if you land in gate 6 and fly from gate 43... Clean. Impersonal. Expensive food by Polish standards.

To connect to the free Wi-Fi on a computer you have to connect in the settings and then open your browser and go to connect.justwifi.pl

I haven't seen any slower check-in queu than the one for LOT airlines in all my life . We arrived 1'55" minutes before departure to airport and we could go just half-way of the queu in 55 minutes. :(

Getting the WiFi access at those machines is really hard, but finally you can do it. And the access is only for 30 minutes.

If your flight is going from gates 1-29, do not cross border control too early, you will not be able to get back to grab something to eat etc.

It is very difficult (almost not possible) to scan boarding card in self service point to get free wifi. Print it before you get to security check. To get free wifi by SMS you will have to fill a form

If you are flying from the EU and then going international (leaving the continent,) get food before going through the international customs. There are barely any food options past Polish customs.
