Super friendly staff except for the valets. Don't forget the club house on the top floor for free coffee & hot tea. There is a turndown service too around 7-730p which is a little surprising.

A great hotel with an excellent location. Rooms are of a high quality and great size.

The internet connection on floor 5 are unacceptable. It is slow, it disconnects and times out.

Jen Nunn-IwaiМай 17, 2011WiFi is poor. Surfing the web & emailing is difficult & slow. No in-room ethernet connection available. WiFi stops working after a couple of hrs, be sure to log in & out to regain connection.

Very nice hotel, but the internet is slow.
never stay on the ninth floor, wifi is too slow or it doesn't work. eighth floor has the fastest wifi.
