David FlapanМарт 25, 2013Here's the key to the room numbering system: First Character-Zone (D/O/M/W=Detroit/Oakland/Michigan/Wayne). 2nd Ctr-Floor (0-3). 3rd/4th ctrs-Rm. So D0-03 is in the Detroit Zone, bottom floor, rm 3.

One of the worst venues in America. They literally do not care and put their workers at risk. Toilets are unsanitary not cleaned for weeks.
