Wil JeudyСентябрь 27, 2016Whatever they use to smoke the brisket - wonderful. The fatty parts are heavenly, the lean parts are ok. I'm not a fan of pork ribs, but here they are terrific. Also great: come slaw, patio, service!

The brisket is top notch but the pulled pork holds its own. I'd put this pork up against anything the south has to offer.
