Betsy BaxterЯнварь 13, 2019Here in July 2018! Great staff! The location is a 10 minute walk from Grand Central Station. Right off 5th ave, you are right where the city divides between east and west side. Will stay here again!
Nothing to complain about. Stayed in a room with king and sofa bed. Spacious room and bathroom by NYC standards. Our room location rocked because there was NO street noise at all! So nice and quiet!
Amanda LeeМай 19, 2013A pricy place but if you're looking for a place close to Times Square or the theater district this is a good choice. They are helpful there and it's a clean place. Ask for a fridge in your room!
Alfred BrownНоябрь 27, 2013The road noise outside of my room kept me up through the night. Honking horns, road noise, dumpsters... I was on the 15 floor and heard all of it. They need to upgrade to some sound proof windows.

Elly ListerАпрель 28, 2014Convenient location but needs a serious upgrade. No bar or food. The service wasn't very good. Asked twice for a few items(luggage rack/xtr towels)and never received them. Most staff very very nice.

Yup. It's a NYC hotel. Small rooms, expensive (although more reasonable than many area hotels), and close to a subway.
no in-room dining. you want good, you got to go out

Expensive for an effen Courtyard, but it is convenient!
Only 1 lift work for the next 2 weeks, end of Nov. ok again
