We were able to check in early & the upgrades are awesome! Jumbo slide right below our room...We're on the 9th floor...

If you're going to stay here, make sure you get a suite, the regular rooms aren't worth their weight in cow manure

The hotel is ok. Found dried up bird poop on the balcony & it's not many bars the south end of the beach

Had a two night stay for free. So I can't really complain, but it does need a lot of updating. We didn't spend much time at the hotel only to sleep.

Check-in was terrible & front desk was rude. Room not available by check in time. Room was nasty and needs maintenance as well as the rest of place. Been coming here for many years and this was last.

New management. I have seen a change for the good. Room is old beach motel style but clean.

Looks amazing at night. Daytime.., not so much. Better places up north and closer to bars, restaurants, shops.

Got to our room,which wasn't ready by check in time so they moved us.Door to balcony had no lock,my toddler could open it,metal was exposed on couch,and kitchen was very dirty. Won't stay here again.

So far, no problems like those mentioned in other posts. No smells, pools are ok.

Stay as last resort ONLY!!! Stains on the beds, pillow case, bed cover, pools are dirty!!!!! No good reason found to stay here. The cost is about the same as any other place.

Seriously this place is a dump! Carpets r nasty, the entire kitchenette in in direr need of upgrades & the cushions r filthy & it smells!! BTW we have a suite

Go stay somewhere else don't let the pics fool you. This hotel is filthy falling apart. Just disappointed overall.

Great room for the price! Can't be beat. Ocean front view with numerous pools and hot tubs. The resort could definitely use an update but the suites are huge!

Nice ocean views. Not the nicest hotel, but you get what you pay for. If you want a fairly priced room with a nice view, this is perfect.

I'm 24, came here to have a good time 4 two days @ the ocean & I'm not picky at all. This place is disgusting, ex: we found a chicken wing in the pool? Don't waste ur time or $$!!!

Don't stay here. Run to another hotel. So many people from our conference left this hotel after the very first night. I will never stay here again. NEVER.

I would not recommend this resort. The entire resort is in dire need of a complete overhaul.
