TJ the doorman is so kind. So is Thomas, who made sure we were safe the moment our Uber dropped us off at night. Clean rooms, friendly staff, milk n cookies from room service... fruit water!! Dana ♡♡

Great boutique hotel! Very trendy and out of the norm. Get the serene king room! Beds are incredibly comfortable! Showers are huge with wonderful rain heads! Perfect for a romantic getaway!

Great contemporary design & value. Service (in-person) is great. Rooftop bar is really a club...don’t get a room to close to that floor level.

Stayed here for my first trip to Chicago and couldn't have had a better experience. Stay in a corner room, you get floor to ceiling windows looking out into the city. Also, the showers are really cool

Amazing boutique hotel. Fabulous staff, great city views, balcony, and fantastic showers! :) great bar for meeting as well.- Join us tonight as Argent Restaurant and Raw Bar kick off industry night at 9 pm. It will quickly become the place to be on Mondays.

My TIP to hotel guest trying to gain access to the rooftop lounge is that your hotel key card will not allow it; rather going through ground level security is the only way to get up to Vertigo! :-)

In the corner rooms, the floor to celling windows give a spectacular view of Chicago. Request 20th Floor or higher.- Try the Chocolate Purse/Bag in Argent! - its amazing!
Nice hotel! Zeppelin speakers w/ iPod, iPhone docks and Keurig coffee makers in every room.- When making reservations, call the hotel directly and see if there are specials or packages.
