Carla OliveiraАвгуст 3, 2014Liz is the best consultant ever. The dress I liked was over 10 sizes bigger than mine and they clipped the back all the way so I could fit on it. LOVED. Ordered my size and got it in 7 days. PERFECT!!
Some of the people are great (Patrick). The others are incompetent. Make you wait 30-40 mins after your appt time and then get everything all wrong. Love hearing the words "I can't find...."

As both a bridesmaid and a #bride, I have had nothing less than stellar service here. Don't let the bad yelp reviews throw you off. If you get Adenike as your sales person, you are a lucky girl.

KarenМарт 13, 2017The staff are incompetent. They blame the warehouse for the horrible wrinkles, but dresses arrive, folded into boxes. FYI - There's complimentary steaming for all dresses, only told us after we asked.

They changed the delivery date until the DAY OF THE WEDDING and then they tried to charge me a rush to fix it!
