Awesome coffee and hip but very friendly staff. Only 4 items on the drink menu - talk about specializing! Opens at 8am - great before work pick-me-up.
One of the absolute best roasters in Japan - tucked into a little oasis neighborhood of Tokyo. Short menu focused on pour over and espresso with single origin and blend roasts. Worth a visit!

On the dark roasted side for me but if I lived in Tokyo I’d go anytime for the self-roasted carefully prepared syphons.
Amazing V60 pour over coffee! I was invited to view and smell the coffee beans available to make my selection (each serving is premeasured and displayed in a test tube.)
Drip coffee [ i chose the costa rica san pdro ] and their banana bread, heavenly and costed around 700 yen, coffee is well done and is considered cheap and good place
