You might have to wait an hour or so in peak season. You can buy your ticket and then come back when it's your time. It's pretty cool up there but not as amazing as I expected.
Visit the museum underneath. It's free. Allow about 1-1.5 hours. Be prepared for a quiet, somber, deep experience.
