Upstairs is more formal, downstairs is fantastic beachside bar food. You have wonderful service lead by folks like Kimi Soares as manager, and Hunter is a world class waiter....ask for them both!

The purple taro rolls are to die for. For a lighter meal, try the tasting menu. Only available 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm. Choose full menu and sit outside for lovely, quiet meal.

They are simply the best in Maui for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks as well as sunset view and live music most of the time.

The breakfast is so good you'll forget your beautiful view of the ocean. The local fruit salad, yogurt, and ahi benedict are absolutely delicious.

I like that the drinks are not super sweet. This place is a bit kitcshy but has great food and drinks. Just what I want from Hawaii.

You don't have to steal the wood tiki salt and pepper shakers! You can buy them for $16.00 a pair at the logo stand at the entrance.

Great fish, great cocktails. For breakfast, enjoy the banana-macadamia nut pancakes. Of course, the hula pie is a treat!

Came here last time we were in Maui in July. We loved it. Today we brought family back...the food was cold & we waited an hour for it. The portion sizes are smaller too. Sad to say, we won’t be back.

Pointless to make reservations. You still wait an eternity. No view of the beach. Stick to location in Waikiki.

The dinner here can be described in one word: sub par. Both the service and the food were sub par. This place needs to learn to put exactly what is in the dish on the menu. A Applebees with a view

OK but not a must-go (pretty standard fare + typically somewhat overpriced) if you are not staying at the resort. Hula Pie dessert is great.
