Service is fast. Not sure what's up with the other tips. My husband and I are more skinny fry people and the portions are small but plenty delicious. Burger names are different than cali - enjoy!

First time here, just opened. Solid burgers and good "small fries." Standard bun, but tasty. Get "the works" without relish but add ketchup. They've got a bar too, which is handy.

The burgers rock, a little pricey but well worth the money, it blows all fast food burger places outta the water. It's fine dining burger style.

A bit overpriced considering this is glorified fast food, but still a great option for a solid burger if you're in the area. Go for the medium Fatburger with a side of Fat Fries.

The West Coast burger chain's first NYC location. Burgers were juicy and delicious, and I imagine they'll be quite busy in the evenings because of where they are.

First BareBurger sucks. Fatburger is worth the rather small wait for burger perfection. Nice workers. Makes me miss Cali. Definitely go fat fries with your burger

The beef burgers are great here but everything else is subpar - definitely recommend sticking to beef burgers only and skipping other items.

2 things for the haters who post here: 1) it's called Fatburger, not Fastburger & 2) if you're in that much of a hurry either cook at home or walk down 1 block, cross the street & go to McDonald's

Fri night at 8:30. Ordered and sat down. Received food in 10 min. Very friendly staff. Good food. Happy customer!

There's a cute guy that makes your food late on Sunday night, sometimes he even gives you extra fries cause he's also very sweet.

Good but nothing special. I do like it feels and tastes fresh. Basic single Fatburger. I want to know they can do the basics right. I'll only come back with someone who wants to try it.

Long lines. It's counter service and takes over 25 minutes to get a burger and fries. I hope it's worth it.

You can absolutely skip this place & go to Bareburger across the street. 1st, they take WAY too long for a fast-casual restaurant. 2nd, fries r soggy & unsalted. 3rd, burger is thin & overdone. Pass.

Slow and inefficient service. 7 staff members and half just stand around. Burger is good, but large fry is equivalent to a fast food small. Overall it's 2/5

Service was slow as it seems the staff is all new. The burger could use more seasoning. Not as good as in Cali so far

horrible delivery service, staff can't seem to organize orders properly or bother to write them down had to call 3 times and have multiple deliveries returned due to not getting the correct order sent
