- Garage A MangerИюль 27, 2014Dear Konstantinos, we do not use pre-cooked food at all. We work with fresh ingredients coming from local farms. Plastic bags are used to "cook under vaccum", and eggs are cooked at low temperature.

One at 10.30, one at 13.00. Bit more expensive than most buffets in Brussels. (25€ pp). Expect to see some kids.

Le « garage-à-manger » est un lieu de rencontres et d'échanges destiné à rassasier l’appétit des amateurs de « bonne bouffe » en leur proposant une cuisine qui reprend les mêmes codes que son petit frère, le Foodtruck « El camion ». Menu posté chaque jour sur Facebook.
