Best coffee in the neighborhood—much, much better quality than La Colombe down the street. Plus, they're friendlier!
No literal "cold brew" -- just a solid, consistent spot for hot coffee and iced coffee. Espresso and milk based drinks are pretty good, but prepare to wait for them.

Recently started serving hot leaf teas, not just kombucha. Hurray! But beware, they still have Dough donuts, and they sell out early.
Very good espresso. Lines can get long during rush hour but worth it.

Chai latte, latte or a hot chocolate! Take your pick. They also have donuts from time to time, but not always.

Quality espresso shots served here. Take it iced or straight - all options delicious
Intelligentsia coffee. I love my La Colombe, but I have to say this place might be my new favorite.
