New to the corporate lunch menu ($28) - miso and maple bacon with garlic prawns and rocket. So good. Boom.

This is an excellent place to come to for the breakfast buffet. Plenty to choose from for all dietary needs. Also not overly expensive.

Definitely hit up the burger special. $20 for the best wagyu burger you will ever eat with a side of chips, a pickle and a glass of wine.

The three egg omelette is delicious. Ask for cheese as one of the 3 fillings
If you're staying in the hotel, you can add breakfast at reception for $29 a head rather than $38 in the restaurant (Apr 2014)

Industrial sausages.- Lovely spot to sit and relax. Try the extensive wine list and Luke mangan's personal rosé selection is a winner
Get the duck dumplings - amazing! Plus, if you're staying at the Hilton, the breakfast buffet at Glass is the best I've had

The oysters are a must!! The "Fish Special" is excellent.- For an interesting drop try the Luke Mangan rosé. Lovely wine with a bit of sweetness but a lot of integrity
