- Gym Etiquette: Always wipe equipment down when your finished. Never speak to me if I have headphones in unless you are a pretty girl asking for my number or someone asking about my music.
- Here's a positive tip... Come in the early am or late evenings around 7:30 - 8:00 to train to beat the crowd. If you want to train in peace come in at 12:00pm and the gym is practically yours.
- Change your "International Chest Day" to either Saturdays or Sundays. its WAY less crowded, you'll get more done & in less time. this especially goes out to the After 4pm Crew...
- Be sure to take all your belongings with you when you leave the treadmills. I have found 4 cell phones so far on them, and luckily I am nice enough to return them to the front desk.
- I know this has been said before, but after last nights workout, i have to refresh on it. Wipe down equipment when your done with it! This goes double for people using the bench press.
- The best days to beat the crowds are on Saturday & Sunday...practically unobstructed used of the equipment & plenty of parking.
- If your strong enough to lift the free weights, then your strong enough to re-rack them when your done with them. A little gym etiquette goes a long way.
- If you train your chest on International Chest Day (Mondays), you might want to consider changing that day. Mondays are crazy here
- Every once in awhile, go up to the trainer desk and ask for the body mass device, nothing gives you more motivation then checking your body fat % and seeing those numbers drop.

- Best time to go is midday, around 12-1ish, as well as sundays, anytime of the day.
- If you understand dundalk etiquette then you will understand the gym etiquette here. It sucks, but you deal with it.
- Crowded after work on weekdays or weekend mornings. Not too crowded at 6am during the week.

- Came here as. Guest with friends and this guy was pushing me into a contract, I know is he's job to sell but I felt harassed, if that's how I felt as a guest, I don't wanna feel like that as a member

- Make sure anyone at the desk knows the alarm code so the siren doesn't go off for several minutes
- If you dont mind meat heads it's a great facility.
- They put new carpet in the men's locker room. Damn that was fast compared to how long it took them to fix everything else.
- If someone is working out back up and give them space, don't try to workout on top of them. Its rude!
- Quit being lazy .. Either use the equipment or move along!!!
- This place is best midday or on weekends. Otherwise way overcrowded.
- Parking sucks unless you go early. Park and walk up..
