The 2009 HALL “Darwin” is a perfect marriage of vintage, variety & site. And, w/ a cool vintage, Syrah becomes exuberant. Our Napa River Ranch estate & the 2009 vintage provide the backdrop for this wine. A blend of mostly syrah w/ a splash of cabernet, the wine exemplies our intentions – gamey, black fruit, star anise, asphalt, fresh mint & black plum flavors that are bolstered by a vibrant structure that is both concentrated & supple. This wine is loaded w/ personality & will continue to impress for 3-5 years. 85% syrah, 15% cabernet sauvignon

The HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of special lots from our estate vineyards along w/ esteemed fruit from our premiere Napa Valley vineyard partners. Our focus, from vine to glass, is to deliver a dense, supple Cabernet Sauvignon that consistently over-delivers. As we strive to achieve this, vintage after vintage, we uphold rigorous organic small-vine farming practices in each of our vineyards & meticulous time-honored techniques in our state-of-the-art winemaking facilities. Craig's Cuvee was inspired by our founder, Craig Hall, in an effort to create a unique, delicious red blend crafted specifically for our tasting room & closest friends. This proprietary blend hails from some of our finest Napa Valley Estate vineyards. The wine displays wonderful floral aromas that lead to flavors of rich, ripe red fruit w/ a touch of baking spices. The perfect red for your everyday celebrations!
