Ask for the Spicy Miso Ramen (not on the menu). It's the best Ramen I had in Amsterdam.
The original top Ramen in Berlin. Come at opening time to avoid the queue, order the Kimchi and their spectacular Kakuni (Pork Belly) for starters and one of their excellent Ramen. Tan Tan is my fav.
Quite expensive for Berlin standards but also really, really good ramen. Fav: Nanban Tantan with extra egg.
The Tantanmen is sublime. If you can't handle the heat get outta the kitchen! Or ask for less chilli...
I went for high chilli and medium sichuan and that was a good level of spiciness. Bonus: They give you a bib.
I almost never come across better ramen broth than (preferably spicy) Tan Tan. But this place did it: their N120 Special/Signature-Ramen with dark Miso is simply the best. Get it or regret it. ★★★★★

This place deserves some love on Foursquare! It’s one of the few actually spicy Ramen in Europe. At least if you go for Karai ramen and choose spice level 3 on top. Which I did. Which was AWESOME.
The chefs special ramen is really delicious! A bit spicy, but definitely worth a try.
