They’ll even drive you personally to the airport, so you don’t have to wait for the bus... only location I’ve ever found that does this
Renee GСентябрь 21, 2012Agree that they are friendly but slow. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Gold and downstairs as when I got up there someone else was driving off in the car they gave me. They fixed it in minutes.- By all means, don't forget your tapes!

If a GOLD, don't be afraid to ask for a Free upgrade if you don't like the car selected.

I want to love Hertz, but they make it hard sometimes.

Next to SFO, the worst Hertz location ever. Gold or not, do not expect customer service of any sort.
