Generally like Hertz, but the new shuttle bus approach at LAX sucks. Picking up and dropping off on the same route is chaotic and slow, especially for us United passengers.

Bus to airport can take up to 30 minutes if the airport is congested. Plan accordingly.

AlastairСентябрь 27, 2012Being made to feel like an inconvenience is always a pleasure; remember to smile like an idiot at the service counter.- Give yourself extra time on the shuttle into LAX. Traffic will eat into it, especially if you are out of United, Terminal 7.
The self check-in kiosks are all down and limited staff at night. Be prepared to wait for up to 30 mins.
I suppose having a reservation doesn’t mean that there will be actual cars available
