Take advantage of the 'make a green choice' option. Skip on having housekeeping clean your room and the hotel gives you a $5 giftcard each day
Kimberly KellyАвгуст 4, 2019Phone did not work, not fixed during my stay. All towels not replaced daily, like I was being rationed. Had to ask to restock complimentary coffee supplies. Room was clean with decent view of NYC.
Joe A.Декабрь 9, 2012You will love the surprise lava showers. Showering at a good temperature then BAM, suddenly molten lava is on you. Wakes you right up!
It might be a little older and rough around the edges, but the staff here has been really top notch. They have been courteous and helpful the entire week we've been here.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Make sure you see Scott the bellman if you need anything. He's the best!

Food is alright and the service is ok.- Great hotel with plenty of parking. Check out the starbucks and fitness room BUT stay away from the bar/restaurant

Run to the elevators if you see tourists coming out frim the tourbus. Otherwise you will have to wait at least 20 min to go to your room ;o)
- Staff is very lazy! Don't ever have items shipped here. Multiple occasions I've had to produce proof of delivery after being told there's no package for me. Too lazy to look for it and bring them up
