Elevators r slow; hallways during winter have the heat jacked up, so much that you nearly suffocate it's so hot; staff is very friendly; No fridges in rooms; great location; rooms r clean & nice.

The rooms are great, and the location is very nice. In a walking distance to the fantastic downtown!

Ask for a late checkout & they'll extend your time until at least 1pm. But be prepared for housekeeping to not get the memo & knock on your door repeatedly anyway, also despite a Do Not Disturb sign.

Be prepared to carry all your bags I'n by yourself if you park I'n the back lot oh and ask for more towels when you check I'n Nice view though 

Hotel seemed clean but maybe a little dated. no microwave, fridge, but was still a nice stay. I figure you pay for the location over the room perks.

Lobby Elevators too slow? Use the north tower elevators! They are a lot less crowded and are so much faster.

It's the old Hilton. The room updates were nothing special standard cheap furnishing. Great location only plus.

Innovations lunch buffet is a waste, go elsewhere. The innovations sign has a layer of dust, your first clue this is not going to be good
