One of the best hotels Investments ever stayed at. Great rooms, great service, best location in the centre of Berlin. It's pricey, but well worth it!!

Good hotel! Lacks Consistency though! In Food and in Service! Rooms are good, and the concierge are very helpful! Sport facility and swimming pool are a real disappointment!

Die klassische Tea-Time (Tee nach Wahl satt) mit herzhaften und süßen Köstlichkeiten gibt es für 29 €. Der exzellente Service und die angenehme Klavierbegleitung laden zum Entspannen in der Lobby ein.

Such a nice experience! Very welcoming, helpful and kind staff! The room (Junior Suite) was very comfortable with nice interior well sized and exceptionally clean. We definitely recommend the hotel!

Beratung ist hervorragend und auch die Auswahl! der Wein Concierge Club ist genial, jeden Monat kommt ein ueberraschungspaket das meine Weinsammlung und Wein-Kenntnisse erweitert, schöne Sache!

Classic place to get a coffee (cappuccino 7€) or tea (pot 11€) in the afternoon. I found the entrance hall & seating there quite crowded and uncomfortable, though – the Bel Etage is more private.

Ehrwürdiges Gebäude mit viel Charme und einer spannenden Geschichte. Stars und Sternchen checken hier ein. Ist im Stadtbild auch von Weitem mit seinem grünen Kupferdach gut zu erkennen.

One of the oldest hotels in Berlin. I love the atmosphere, their cakes are delicious and the neighborhood breathes history and luxury.

Although ridiculously expensive (7,70 for a coke zero!), still an oasis. The lobby will give you plenty to look at while sinking into one of the couches.

Ein schönes Hotel, das seinem Ruf aber leider nicht immer gerecht wird. Vor allem wenn Staatsgäste im Haus sind, kann das für die restlichen Gäste schnell nervend werden.

Good hard product, but so-so soft product. The service is average as the staff seem overwhelmed with all the guests and tourists alike who visit this landmark hotel. Free WiFi for guests is spotty.

O hotel é um cinco estrelas como qualquer outro no mundo, nada de diferente, apenas achei um absurdo não ter um ferro a passar no Quarto, o que é de base em um hotel de quatro e cinco estrelas. Aprov.

Hinter einigen Fußleisten der Akademieräume gibt es Steckdosen für Euer Smartphone, falls der Akku leer ist. Vorher bitte das Personal fragen.

Overhyped imo. Too old-fashioned and as staff admitted, finding your way around is a disaster. No coffee / tea facilities in room. Good restaurants & spa though.
