Nikki .Декабрь 1, 2013Decent stay, my only issue was that valet is $28 but I somehow ended up paying $42. How in the hell that happen? They don't tell you about all the taxes the add to it. Self parking is $20.
Good Hotel, room very nice, services excellent! very good amenities.

JuanДекабрь 3, 2015Worse hotel ever! I booked through rocketmiles based on the stars the hotel was given. Well, the reality is this is a ONE star hotel. The rooms are outdated, they don't follow up on promises.
Great boutique hotel! Amazing location.
City View rooms facing the Galleria are nice but make sure you're on a higher floor so you hear less highway noise! Even numbered rooms face downtown (not as much to see though).

They are only a 3.5 Star.- JESS KalinowskyСентябрь 16, 2012Their "free" car service is only good for ONE MILE. That is NOT far enough in a big city like Houston. Should be 3-5 miles! Concierge NOT helpful. Front desk NOT helpful. Better the last time.
