Checking in was quick and easy. My room is modern and comfortable with a terrific view. Kareem at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional.

The hotel is great but some of the parking staff are extremely rude! Also the employees like to hang out with their cars in the one loading/unloading space making it difficult to check in/out easily!

Hope that the elevators are working properly. During our stay only two of the three were in use and hotel staff were using them for their needs as well. Waiting for an elevator grew really old.
Nice hotel, however the pool closes at 5 pm so they can open the rooftop bar which is a little bit of a bummer.

Really bad experience and horrible customer service...- Parking staff here can be VERY rude and combative. They like to park their personal cars in the one load/unload space available so they can chat with their friends.
Awesome hotel. Great staff too. Had an issue with my first room and got upgraded to an amazing room.
