Kiann KieningИюнь 30, 2015Hotel was clean. Staff was courteous. Shuttle could get us where we wanted to go but we had A LOT of difficulty getting the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.

Internet access is not free but you can hop on the Methodist wifi if you are in the right spot . This hotel is busy but the service is good.- Travis WНоябрь 20, 2011Go here if you're visiting Rice University; it's only a short walking distance from campus. Great rooms too.
- Chef Patrick is awesome. He just brought me the most delicious "gluten free" dinner in the concierge lounge, and everyone else is drooling over it!
- Ask for Yolanda - tell her Diana sent you - she is the nicest & BEST Marriott concierge attendant ever & will take great care of you!

Don't rent a car! The complimentary shuttle will take you within 2 miles of the hotel! Awesome!

- Hubert and Bridgette in room service are the BEST. They make me smile and feel like I'm at home!
