The OTG touch screens in Terminal 5 for delivering food rarely work. Great idea. Horrible execution.
If you are not traveling and need food, go to Terminal 4 for the most choices pre-security. However, this will change when the expansion is complete.

Easiest security check in my life! No crowds, no obvious security, sign of a good trip!
Never fly out of terminal 1. This is where all air travel progress has gone to die. No pre-check, priority security, etc.

Lynette SИюль 5, 2014Extremely poorly organized for arriving intl flights. Avoid flying intl thru this airport. The passengers & workers were obviously frustrated. The way it handles intl arrivals is an embarrassment.
