Fresh salad in the house. It's hard to tell how authentic is this Japanese food. When it comes to fusion, I really dislike the taste. But at least they separate that. Rating: 3.7/5.0

A rather pricey yet the worse udon/ramen shop in a commercial shopping mall, which probably just reheat their ready-made noodles and fried tempuras, etc. Rating: 0.5/5.0
