I disagree with staffing issues and St Jacques tower. As with any hotel during a busy check in time, bring your patience, and have a seat in the lobby. St Jacques tower directly accesses Old Montréal!
Roxanne at the bar is really friendly and she knows her stuff. Great free breakfast buffet for SPG Platinum members.

JeremyАпрель 21, 2013Breakfast buffet is excellent, and free for SPG Platinum members. Club Lounge has a nice view, but they don't appear to serve food aside from granola bars and some fruit.

Really nice hotel. The beds are nice & comfy, cool coffee maker (with Starbucks!) in the room, close to everything & check out the "glass bottom" pool!
