I've been coming to some om-mazing yoga classes here for about a year, it's time I left a tip. It's hard to beat any of Magi's yoga classes, she's so genuine! Jen, Tiffany and Dani are fab too! I💜LIM- For spin, wow, Emily really brings it out of you. I've never sweat and had such a fun time in a spin class before 🚲#Thepackisleavingyoubehind!! #go!go!go!faster!faster!faster!!!
No frills studio with teachers ranging from decent to amazing. There are 10 and 20 class card packages that decrease the per visit cost. All vinyasa classes are open so go at your own level.
Really one of the best studios in the city. Great teachers, strong glasses in flow style.

Cycling classes are awesome!! And there's a special for $5 first class!! SWEET!
Best classes are Dani Z's Vinyasa classes on Monday and Friday at 9 AM.
