Cannon SayersЯнварь 10, 2015My family comes to Miami only, for the Loews pool. There is a lunch spot with a bar, a kids' area over in another spot. The hot tub is so great too! Come down here! The best time to go is in December.
Well kept, high end hotel. Impeccable service from room service to bell staff. Clean rooms, most with great views. Superb bars and restaurants on site

Get down to the pool early (before 8am) to get a good chair. They are totally full very early on a nice day.

Nate SЯнварь 30Full on Monet. Looks good from far away, but up close it’s a big old mess (dated and dirty—dust, sand, mold). I never felt clean here during 3 night stay even after showering.
Always ask for what you want if they don't give it to you call the big guy :) and your problems will be solved and they won't stop till you are happy
Be sure to stop by the boutique store by the reception area
