Marla Oliu: Fun for families with children to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other animals. There's also a small playground for kids to play in. Visit in December during Zoo Lights.

Marla Oliu: Perfect location to rent a kayak/canoe and spend the day in the sun. We've also enjoyed numerous picnics here with family and friends. Just be sure to bring sunscreen and lots of water!

Marla Oliu: Spend the day poolside at this pool known for its extremely cold water. I used to visit all the time as a kid and loved going underneath the waterfall!

Marla Oliu: The perfect spot for a delicious Cuban meal followed by cafecito. My go-to plate is the churrasco with moro rice and sweet plantains - YUM!!!

Marla Oliu: One of my favorite brunch spots. Great drinks and delicious southern food. Be sure to get there before 11 to avoid a long wait!

Marla Oliu: Delicious, laid back Argentinian restaurant. Order your food and then sit at any table enjoying a glass of sangria while you wait. My favorite dish is the grilled chicken with sweet potato fries.

Marla Oliu: Great spot for shopping & hanging out. Dozens of stores (Old Navy, Bass Pro Shops, Bloomingdales), restaurants (Kona Grill, Kobe, Texas de Brazil) & entertainment (Dave n Busters, Strike, Cinebistro).

Marla Oliu: My favorite place to shop! Variety of outlets (Nike, DSW, Banana Republic, New York & Company) and restaurants (Lime, Brio, Village Tavern). Looking for dessert? Treat yourself to gelato at Gelosia!

Marla Oliu: My favorite mall in Miami! Located in Kendall walking distance to several other small shopping centers and restaurants. Includes an Apple Store, currency exchange kiosk, and department stores.

Marla Oliu: Closest mall to the airport with department stores and weekend activities for the kids. Visit during the holidays to snap a picture with Santa or to enjoy Black Friday deals!
