A ceviche-bar concept! You order at the cashier, leave you name, sit and wait till you hear your name and the waiter bring you the dish. Great atmosphere with mainly locals. Amazingly fresh ceviche!

We started with a spontaneous pisco tasting which was beautifully done, continued with a pisco sour making which was lots of fun and finished with some dancing with a live band. Very well organized!
