- Barry HennesseyМай 23, 2014Just a few miles away a must try
www.elmagodelasfritas.com something only found in Miami ! Don't leave without giving it a shot. \nПодробнее - Christopher S.Октябрь 4, 2017Der Airport ist riesig aber dennoch übersichtlich. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und tolles Gastroangebot!
- Going on a cruise & renting a car the day before? Alamo has a bus to the port after you drop off your car. If you rent a car on your return, there is a Alamo bus ride back too.
- If you're flying out of Concourse D (and have time to kill) go to the end of the terminal btwn gates 1-24 for a fantastic selection of shopping & food. Ice Box Cafe is a MUST, especially the breakfast
- If you live in Miami, travel to J South on your day off and watch the flight attendants take their high healed shoes off in the security checkpoint and walk on their toes. It's exhilarating!
- Get your ass here early...follow the 2-hour recommended arrival time before your flight. You never know....signed: #RoadWarrior
- The Cuban cuisine its my favorite to eat inside the airport as it’s good and not too pricey
- Want a quick cafe con leche, pastelito to go b4 u board? Cuban cafe - creatively spelled "KU-VA" is just what your tastebuds are asking for. Buen Provecho! Enjoy!
- If you're hungry and not feeling any fast food places... Go to La Carreta by gate D37. Order Ropa Vieja and thank me later. ;)
- Javiera SepulvedaМай 9, 2014Para internet gratis: entrar aquí http://www.miami-airport.com/wi-fi.asp ir donde dice "MIA-wifi" network y seleccionar "free wifi". Ahí pide bajar la app de Amazon y conecta automáticamente.
- I love this airport... if you are hungry please try “la carreta”
- Alex DamashekОктябрь 31, 2013When you get to Miami International every conversation you overhear is in Spanish and the airport restaurant smells like rice & beans & plantains. Amazing!
- EaterИюль 11, 2012Top Dining Options: Beaudevin, Cafe Versailles, Lorena Garcia Cocina, Icebox Cafe, and Sushi Maki are all located in Terminal D; Casa Bacardi, Terminal E, Second Level, Central Terminal. \nПодробнее
- Richard LotzНоябрь 6, 2014Entertain yourself on the moving walkway with a bouncy playground surface. You'll need it during the hike from the terminals to the rental car or metro rail building.
- Get some Atelier Monnier macarons, Cuban coffee, and take the metro rail to/from the city for $2.50 instead of cabbing. It's quick, easy, and convenient.
- One of the best airports I’ve visited lots of good places to eat especially the Caribbean restaurant with the crab soup. Stay away from the empanada store food sucks
- LufthansaЯнварь 13, 2014Welcome to Miami! Bienvenidos a Miami! Discover Miami with Lufthansa: our travel report will guide you. Enjoy! \nПодробнее
- LufthansaАвгуст 22, 2014If all the wiring from an A380 was laid end to end, it would stretch 320 miles! Wow! \nПодробнее
- Todo ! Las tiendas , la comida ! Menos el área de Avior ! Nos tiraron para lo mas feo !
- Be prepared to walk...and walk....and walk! Six gate changes for one flight!
- Alex SalyukovФевраль 6, 2017Check in at domestics flight is very fast! There aren't queues! Convenient and comfortable airport! Everyone may trying rom or tequila go free;)
- AA’s PreCheck only lane always gets me through in under 10 minutes. Otherwise, concourse E is the fastest line. Avoid concourse D lines, they’re always the longest.
- James UnderbergФевраль 20, 2016Love the shopping ! Good food court and the Delta Club is well placed and nicely done !
- I'm not a big fan of MIA as its not that easy to get around if you have to switch airlines. Good airport to come through if you are heading to South America but for domestic travel go FT Lauderdale
- When leaving the car rental lot the concrete messes with the gps and everyone gets on the road and has to slow down or stop before the first intersection to wait for the satellites to catch up. :-)
- Philippe KunzОктябрь 17, 2014Les bornes pour valider la demande Esta, très rapide. N'oubliez pas de prendre votre valise sur les tapis roulants même si vous êtes en transit.
- Nice Airport. TSA PRE lane on terminal D took just 3 minutes to get thru. Cafe Versailles is Da Bomb! Order a Medianoche and Cafecito anytime, can't miss. The American Express Centurion Lounge...
- American has two nice Admirals Clubs in D. D15 is reasonably big. The one in high Ds is better. Private bath stalls, good bars & lots of outlets. Bring your own WiFi - TMibile always overloaded.
- From baggage claim, go the the 3rd floor and follow the signs for car rental. You get to ride a train!
- Juan Pablo CollaguazoМарт 5, 2015There is no free WI-FI at MIA. It is a myth, which makes transiting through MIA extremely dissapointing! Even small airports like SAV have Free WIFI!Also...delays at USCPB are unbelievable!
- Kevin PaulФевраль 26, 2013Car rental has never been more of a pleasure! Amazing set up that takes you on a 20 minute scenic tour by car and then a wonderful 5 mile stroll before you actually make it to security.
- MismiДекабрь 14, 2013If you want beach and party, try to find hotel near to Lincon Road, very nice street!! And if you like shopping, the mall in Orlando are cheaper even than duty free ;)
- Love the airport! Great people watching and it's improved a lot over the years. Seems like there's been construction going on since it opened. Lol!!
- Tara MacIntyreДекабрь 11, 2014Coco Bay Boutique has the best selection of a Resort wear and beach accessories. Treat yourself before that tropical vacation!
- Friendly staff in immigration. Free wifi, turn your step monitor or RunKeeper on if you're going to get rental car... You'll add tons to your steps.... I promise!
- Mimi UkwuaniМай 29, 2013Landing at Terminal D especially with international flights, there is a lot of walking, lines, people, checkpoints, & security AGAIN (as if you went to some place in between your last airport and MIA)
- Travel ChannelДекабрь 5, 2011Getting into the city of Miami from the airport is cheap... and you can be at the beach in less than 30 minutes! As seen on Travel Channel’s The Layover with Anthony Bourdain.
- Tip 1) if you're being picked up, it's easier to be picked up in departures (upstairs). Tip 2) cell phone coverage is bad (especially at bag claim)... Arrange your pickup location beforehand.
- Hon. Diallo Rabain JP, MPИюль 21, 2013American Airlines Admiral Lounge in Terminal D is one of the best I've visited! There are 2 in the terminal and both are equally as good.
- The car rental is a bit detached from the main terminal hub, make sure to plan adequate travel time when returning!
- Worse airport in the USA. The soft carpeting makes wheeling luggage feel like you’re dragging it through sand, and bathroom stalls are barely big enough to accommodate a suitcase and close the door.
- Sheri PriceОктябрь 24, 2013Unlike many others who posted tips, we had no issues. VERY friendly and helpful staff at US Airways. Security checkpoint was smooth and efficient.
- Petra MeyerДекабрь 11, 2018Welcome to Miami 🏖allerdings mangelnde Beschilderungen wo welche Airlines zu finden sind bzw. nicht exakte Wegweiser wo Delta sich befindet...
- FregФевраль 1, 2019Chegue cedo pois a fila do raio-x é enorme e dá trabalho. Lado positivo: há trens que levam para as plataformas de embarque mais distantes.
- MaríaFe PeñaМарт 25This is the worse airport, be prepared to do a long immigration lane,Get your bags have it checked again and do security again. Finally walk for miles to get to your connecting gate 😤😡🤬
- Chad MartinЯнварь 14, 2019Rental cars are a long ways away from the terminal. Most of the moving walkways don't work to get there, so give yourself plenty of time
- only airport in the states that has decent food. Off to la Carreta. If you've never had it, order medianoche, sandwich cubano, pan con bistek, maduros fritos, tostones, croquetas, congris (moros y cr
- NinaФевраль 6, 2013Beautiful and easy to navigate! The mover train makes renting a car so simple! Why can't the Philadelphia airport be this clean and inviting?
- Mandy K!Июль 15, 2012Take the metrobus express route 150 to head to south beach. Only 2.35 one way. Cabs are 52 dollars! And there are only a few stops so don't worry about bad parts of the city.
- Felipe LautonАвгуст 10, 2014If you are flying late at night and/or your flight is delayed, don't forget to eat something early: the restaurants and cafés close at some point and you might get stuck and hungry.
