Saturdays are...Endorsed. The DJ (DJ Cowboy) was excellent and caters to the crowd. The Organizer is official and efficient (I.e tables, guest lists etc). The food is also very pleasing to the palate

Ditto on the comment about the DJ. The worst EVER! the a/c didn't seem to be up to par either. Get there early for the band and to eat.
