This was the best seafood we have had so far. It's very inexpensive, the arroz con mariscos, the tiraditos, and the grilled octopus (pulpo) was phenomenal. This is a MUST go to spot!
Perfectly situated off the Plaza De Armas, this hotel is a great place to eat your head from the altitude sickness you'll probably be feeling. The rooms are very clean, heated, and well designed.

Best place we stayed in the Sacred Valley! Amazing staff, and all food sourced from their organic farm. Treat yourself to the Pachamanka lunch in the garden and it will be a trip highlight!
Opt-in for the extra hike up to Montaña Machu Picchu. It's a burner of a hike (60-90mins) but well worth the view. Back a lunch if you're making the climb! Also bring a banana for the llamas. Trust.
If you're eating here before your hike, go heavy on apps as the entrees were delicious but on the smaller side. They serve a good pisco sour and have all of the Sacred Valley Brewery beers on hand.
A beautiful setting to view some of the best early ceramic and metal works from the region and Incan empire.
The octopus starter was amazing and the beet ravioli was very original. The chicken with mushrooms was perfectly as well.
Go with the catch of the day for the ceviche starter and entree. Everything is amazing but you should be focused on fish and seafood at this hot spot. Reservations are a must!

This hotel is quite phenomenal. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful and the service is 5 stars at 3.5 star rates. Each room has a small wood burning furnace which is a nice touch.
2 for 1 happy hour from 4-6. Enjoy a pisco while the trains Los visitors and locals alike down the valley.
This 16k+ hike will leave your breathless, quite literally. Traverse up the mountain and try to not get rammed by a bull! The old incan ruins are spectacular.
The friendliest staff fill this small but well accented Miraflores boutique. From the constant 'what's app' messaging to arranging transportation to the airport, I can't recommend them enough.
The museum was a highlight of Lima. The erotic gallery here is a funny historic note. The restaurant here was a terrific place for s light bite. Try the chicken empanada.
The fried octopus was 💯. One of the best things I've eaten in Lima. Go with a group as everything is designed to be shared.
