You can mix different chocolate blends for your drinking chocolate. San Francisco milk 35% + Valrhona 85% is quite delicious!
Remnants are $1/square, and a great way to test out all sorts of delicious chocolates!

- Espresso! It's soooo smooth and earthy, not overly sour (like lots of other espresso, um, nearby).
- Dominican Republic hot chocolate for the win. Real ground chocolate!
- Dominican Republic hot choc w/ shot o' espresso!
- took the girls there for homemade gourmet s'mores
