If you see "All Aboard" signs and no train on the platform, chances are, the train crew forgot to turn OFF the train's stealth mode. Do not attempt to board the train till the stealth mode is OFF.
Usually a nice ride.....they need to have better non rush hour schedules

Don't use the bathroom's in the morning, homeless use them as shower. Goodluck fighting for a sink to wash your hands.
I agree with the bathrooms! Better off finding a dark corner outside Newark Penn than risking contracting a disease through the soles of your shoes!
Watch your bags and there is a slight smell of over night stays.
Get out of here as quick as possible and watch your wallet!!!!

They need to get rid off all the nasty and smelly ass homeless people in here. They seriously reek. If you want dunkin donuts, go up the escalator by mcdonalds and there is two in the gateway building
Track location signs aren't the track numbers. Don't confuse them.

NJ Transit is way faster than the Path.
Come no more then 10 mins before your train. Not the safest area to be waiting. Druggies, drunks and beggars. Sad but can't help but to feel uneasy.
Head south to Wilmington. Then turn left on 1 to Rehoboth Beach!
Horrible place to spend time unless you love freakshows. Me I am good with it for about an hour.
Get earplugs to.combat homeless beggars

The hallway to Raymond Blvd near the Greyhound bus area smells like piss.
Stay to the right if you are slower
The cab drivers will try and rip you off.... Take Uber instead.
Good: Play the NJ lottery or buy a bottle of wine. Ferry St has good restaurants. Bad: This station is the worst to wait in late at nights. Last train into NY is around 1am. First train is 5:30.
