mold-smelling roms - we changed from one room to another with the same smell. Difficult to breath in rooms where you cannot open windows

WiFi is free throughout the lobby of the hotel. We got a package deal for breakfast hours (6:30-10:30am) and cocktail hours (5:30-7:30pm) /w WiFi in the room and the 24th fl lounge. Totally worth it.

The receptionist who asked for my ID was very rude, not coming back, I should get her name. THE RAFFLES is way better in terms of location, service, privacy, et al.
