This is a tiny place with only a couple tables, making the dinner atmosphere home-y and intimate. Gabrielle is very nice and the food is splendid.
Fantastic food. Eat at the bar by the kitchen and chat up the chef- he may just give you samples of what he's making for everyone else!
Must go. Rent a bike and ride around the park, and stop at one of the Biergartens, or dip your feet in the river, or just lie outside for a while.
Make a reservation for the plant tour before you get to Munich, because Germans love to plan things waaay in advance.
Best place to spend a whole cloudy, rainy and cold day in Munich before you go somewhere else and have a beer and dinner... The museum has enough to see to really spend a whole day in it!
The ‘English Garden’ is Munich’s green lung — and one of the biggest parks in the world. In the Chinesischer Turm (Chinese Tower) beer garden you can relax and enjoy a beer.
