Absolutely love Rachel's step II and III classes! A definite "not - miss" workout. (Tuesday @ 5:15 and Saturday @ 9:00 AM). Her abs class on Saturday is killer as well! Boo-yah!

The fitness classes and facilities are great!
Check out spin classes with Kelly -- Tuesday at 6PM and Thursday at 6AM. Great classes, great music!
Avoid going when the HIT class is in session. They will take up all the space and use 50 machines at once. Total assholes!
