All the spin instructors are great, but Jared stands out because of his 80s music. Right when I don't think I can go anymore the theme from Rocky 4 comes on. And I NEED to beat Ivan Drago.
Marianna's yoga classes are fantastic. They feel like a real workout and she doesn't take the practice of it do seriously that you feel awkward about not being perfect at it.
Marianna's hot yoga classes are simply amazing and she will work out every inch of your body. Definitely worth a try!- For an ultimate challenge take Luis' Strike Zone class on Mondays and Saturdays. You'll cry while you @toneitup but the results are WORTH every drop of sweat.
Music played by instructor, Frank is way too loud and is a nuisance to others...- They raised everybody's rate, then... offered new members 2 free months! And with the same monthly rate. Shouldn't they be catering to the loyalists?
Tony is a great personal trainer! Try Zumba too.
