The activity desk has no real discounts. Just walk a few yards outside the hotel and you will find deals 50% off compared with Outrigger
I recommend booking your activities through the XPEDIA desk in the lobby. The staff are usually local and can give great advice on the activities offered there.- the elevators are a bit too clever for the guests.

Cory MayМарт 14, 2011Outrigger Activities Center offers so many tours and they DO have discounts off of all their tours and activities! Very nice people work there!- keep snacks and drinks in your room if you’ll want something late at night; there’s nothing convenient open nearby
Order in pizza from round table pizza. It's not cheap but not too bad and tastes great! (try the BBQ chicken) 808-923-2100

angel melsИюнь 9, 2010stayed here April 2009, got ocean view,..nice! It's in the center of Waikiki. Just go down and you'll find the Duke's. Right place to stay.
Internet passable at times, front desk ok. Was told could get a late check out but then on my day to leave they said no. Overall great hotel might stay here again.

Right next door is the Muana Surfeider, go there instead for a far superior experience.
Ty WhitingАвгуст 16, 2010I recommend you try to get a Ocean View room and at least 6 floors up in order to have a quiet night's rest. This way you're not facing the Waikiki strip and not close to the loud music.
The fridge in the room is empty so you can fill it up with your own snacks bought at a supermarket.

- The wireless is passable at best. Don't expect to be getting your email any time soon. The business center computers cost $15/hr and freeze up continually (while your time keeps ticking)
- There's an UPS store on the lobby level. Send your loved ones gift of Aloha!

Rich SИюнь 8, 2010Don't use their "shuttle service": It's literally an old woman driving a beat-up Dodge passenger van who is answering calls and scribbling on a notepad while driving.
Try the lava flow! (Mixture of strawberry daquiri and pina colada) its excellent. Also try the endless summer drink.
