Took 4 calls to make an appt. went there and there was no appt made which I didn't care after waiting 3 hours for a New York State inspection. what's the point of an appt if you have to wait 3+ hours

Their definition of taking an appointment is to still have you wait 3 hours. Don't bother or have very low expectations.
