Mitchell JosephДекабрь 27, 2016Sometimes you're going to have a phenomenal burger; other times your burger spends 60 seconds on the griddle and it's raw inside. Either way, they have solid drinks and green beans are bomb.
The RitualsНоябрь 8, 2014Great cozy bar/restaurant. I stopped in just for a drink. Great staff and friendly patrons. I had a wonderful Manhattan, up (Buffalo Trace & Carpano Antica).
The grilled Squid is outstanding. Better than Howells & Hood, and Public House. For such an unassuming bar, they have some great beers. ZombieDust, Pullman Brown, and Others.
If I had to recommend one restaurant for River West, this would be it. In some regards (beer list), I'd say it is worthy of the title as Hopleaf South.

BccList.comНоябрь 30, 2010Used to love the Paramount Room. And then they ended the $10 Kobe Burger & Beer, the crowd died down to nothing, they lit up the lounge/eliminated candles, and hired subpar/depressing servers.
upgrade the fries to Tempura Fried Green Beans; at brunch do the Croque Madame... Great!
