Breakfast seems great at first. But you have to be lucky if you want things like bread. Huge selection of things they've ran out of.

The new rooms are good. Clean and well stocked. Lots of services. A pity the reception and serving staff are cranky and rude and seem to hate their jobs. Otherwise would have been a very nice stay.

One of the best hotel in Tallinn. Standard rooms are newly decorated. Executive rooms are spacious, but little out of date. Walking distance to Old Town and Tallinn Station (Balti Jaam).

This hotel has an intimate feeling, you get a sense of privacy in the rooms, doesn't matter if you are in the new or old side, central location! No restaurants near (400m)

Rooms are pretty old, but it is a fully serviced hotel making things pretty good and location is also nice

"Huge factory" type hotel. Room and bed was OK, but bathroom returns to 80-ties in Ukraine or Russia. Breakfast was shit, be carefull with a food, could be spoiled. SPA was good. Excellent location.

The Asian restaurant on the first floor doesn't serve tofu and has nothing vegan on the menu. Big minus.

Not as fancy as they charge, rooms are quite old, weak wi fi and staff makes you feel that you owe them something for staying there, they are cranky and lecture you. Don't like it much :(

My second time here, got a room with no WiFi. Nothing changed in the breakfast buffet, they just don't know what an omlet is... Full of retired tourists, wouldn't recommend it for business stay.

Breakfast sucks compared to hotel. A lot of the food is old (ricecrackers, pancakes, etc.) Besides that, you are not allowed in the sauna way before closing time, despite you have payed for it already
