This one is rediculously crowded and hectic between 6 and 9 on weeknights. Good luck finding any free machine without having to wait.
Don't go during peak hours and you'll usually have a good selection of machines. Staff has always been pretty nice.
Go early in the morning to get a good spot on the treadmill in front of the t.v. you want!
Early mornings or late nights is when there is less people.
Ladies: don't workout in the morning with expectations to shower & go straight to work/school; the showers are useless. It's like showering under a leaky faucet. I guess you get what you pay for...
Nice equipment, it is the land of little and confused people. Do not look for fitness motivation! Canceling membership.
Use the massage chairs after a workout!
