If you want a nice quiet place to live.. Don’t move here. It was a great place until they let under age college students live amongst working adults. They run amok and management will not do anything
If u do have bugs (as it's summer and all), just let the leasing office know and they'll schedule and pay for an exterminator. Pricey, yes, but i love living here. So safe and neat

If your friends are visiting, and you don't want to walk down and let them in, have them park in the Ralphs lot, or by Graphaid (they never patrol that lot)

Way more expensive than park west but much prettier and safer.
As an Otis student, we're basically getting ripped off while living here. Fleas. Everywhere. You'd think Playa would afford an exterminator. Apparently not.
