Nice and cozy interior, We stayed at Jasmine suite however from midnight till morning there is a non-stop tapping sounds can be heard through the wall which is very disturbing.

Comfy bed and super cozy! The service is efficient and really excellent! The only downside is the parking which can be troublesome.

Scenic view only if you happen to get the riverside room. Otherwise they are quite flexible with the check in times assuming they have a clean room ready.

Avoid from concierge when order a taxi..they might charge u an extra fare including their commision...just call me directly 014-6222159 Mr Syaff...reasonable price for u...KLIA,K.L,Genting anywhere

Nice place to stay.. Dont forget to ask the frontdesk for parking with an additional Rm10 for it

175 for a night. Nice view especially at night. Limited parking space. Can be quite noisy if there's a lot ppl as the floor is made by wood.

Very centrally located, just a few minutes stroll to Jonker Walk. Rooms are cozy with free wifi.

The receptionist seems uninterested to check-in guests as if it is extra work for them. Doesn't offer info on the free parking and the free wifi for guests thinking we could read their minds.

Remember to buy parking ticket for ur car if u park outside. Or pay compound RM30 (lucky us got discount for the compound).

Expensive room rate of RM330 for the river view and they only provide one mug for the tea/coffee-making facility. The room is also very small.

Stayed here 3 times, on all my visits to malacca. Love the room and hotel. But there was a terrible customer service girl at the counter during our check in, a chubby Malay girl. Unfriendly and rude.
